What Christmas Light Installation Costs in Michiana
Every house is different, so we cannot put an exact number on yours without seeing it. But you should not have to book an estimate just to find out the ballpark, so here is where we start and what moves it from there.
Most Homes Start Around
$800
Where yours lands depends on how big a display you want. That price covers the whole season, and there are no surprises added after the fact.
What Moves the Number
- How much roofline you want lit. The single biggest factor. A front-facing peak is one price; wrapping the whole house is another.
- Height, and how hard it is to reach. A single-story ranch and a steep two-story with three gables are not the same job, even for the same length of roofline.
- Trees, walkways and wrapping. Anything beyond the roofline adds to the display and to the time.
- The type of lights. Standard warm white is the baseline. Custom colors and specialty bulbs cost more.
What Is Included in Every Price
One number covers the whole season. There is no separate takedown invoice in January and no storage fee in the spring.
- Custom design built around your house, not a template
- Professional installation by a licensed and insured crew
- Mid-season service — if something goes out, we come fix it
- January takedown, scheduled, with no chasing us for it
- Off-season storage so nothing lives in your garage
What Happens at the Estimate
- We come out to the house at a time that works for you
- We walk the property with you and talk through what you want lit
- You get a firm price for that display, in writing
- No pressure, no deposit to get the quote, and no obligation to book
