What we collect
We collect information you give us directly:
- Name, phone number, email address, and property address when you request a quote, book an install, or contact us
- Details about your property and the work you want done
- Payment information, processed through our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
We also collect basic technical information when you visit our website, such as your browser type, device, and the pages you view. This is standard website analytics.
How we use it
- To respond to your quote request and schedule your install
- To send appointment confirmations, crew arrival windows, weather delays, and removal scheduling
- To send invoices and collect payment
- To request a review after your install
- To follow up about renewing service for the next season
- To improve our service and our website
Text messages and your mobile number
If you give us your mobile number and consent, we may text you. We collect two separate consents on our quote form: one for service messages about your quote, scheduling, crew timing and weather changes, and one for marketing messages about seasonal renewal and offers. Each is optional and you can give one without the other.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, and any charges are billed by your mobile carrier under your own plan. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP to any message for assistance.

Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our scheduling and messaging platform, our payment processor, and our accountant. These providers may only use your information to perform work for us.
We may also disclose information if required by law.
We do not sell your personal information.
How we protect your information
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections on our website and access controls limiting who can view customer records. Payment information is handled by our payment processor and full card numbers are never stored on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you give us.
How long we keep it
We keep customer records for as long as you are a customer and for a reasonable period afterward for tax, accounting, and warranty purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your information by emailing santa@seasonalservices574.com. You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP and out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
