What We Do
Christmas Light Services in Granger, South Bend & Michiana
We handle the whole season, start to finish. You pick the look, we do the ladders, the wiring, the fixing and the cleanup. Below is exactly what each part of that involves, and when in the year it happens.
Custom Design
Every house is a different shape, so we don't work off a template. We walk your property with you and plan the display around what your home actually has: rooflines, peaks and gables, the trees out front, the walkway, the garage.
This is also where we settle the look. Warm white along a roofline reads classic and clean. A custom color reads bold, and it's the kind of thing people notice from the road. If you have something specific in mind, bring it to the estimate and we'll tell you honestly whether it will work on your house.
- On-site walkthrough of the property, free and with no commitment
- A plan for rooflines, peaks, gables, trees and walkways
- Color choices, including custom colors, not just warm white
- A clear quote for the display before any work is booked
Professional Installation
Our trained crew handles all the climbing, clipping and wiring. That's the part most people are really paying for: nobody in your family is standing on a ladder in November trying to reach a second-story peak.
We're licensed and insured, so the liability for work on your property sits with us, not with you. When we're finished, the site is cleaned up. No boxes, no offcuts, no spools left in your driveway.
- Licensed and insured, so liability on your property is covered
- All ladder work, heights and roofline access handled by the crew
- Lights clipped into place and wiring run and tidied
- Full cleanup, with nothing left behind
Mid-Season Service
Lights fail. It's a strand of small electrical components sitting outside through a Michiana winter, so occasionally something goes dark. The difference is what happens next: you tell us, and we come back out and fix it.
You are not getting on the roof in January to chase a dead section, and you are not living with a gap in the display for the rest of the season.
- Call or text us if a bulb, strand or connection goes out
- We come back out to repair or replace the affected section
- You never have to get on a ladder mid-winter
Takedown
When the season ends we come back and take the whole display down. Quickly, and carefully enough that your roof, gutters and landscaping look exactly the way they did before we showed up.
This is the part people underestimate. Putting lights up is exciting in November. Getting them down in January, in the cold, is the job nobody wants, and it's included.
- Scheduled takedown in January, no chasing us for it
- Careful removal from rooflines, gutters and trees
- No tangled boxes of lights left for you to deal with
Off-Season Storage
We store your lights for you. They come down in January, they go into proper storage, and they come back out in good condition when the next season starts.
That means no bins in your garage or attic taking up space for eleven months, and no opening a box next October to find a knotted mess that half works.
- Your display stored properly through the off-season
- Nothing taking up space in your garage or attic
- Checked and ready to hang when the next season comes around
How the Season Runs
Mid-October to early December — installs. The earlier you book, the more of the calendar you get to pick from. Everybody wants the same two weekends in November.
Through the season — if something goes out, call or text and we come fix it.
January — takedown.
The rest of the year — your lights are in storage with us, ready for next season.
What It Costs
Every display is quoted for the specific house, because a single-story ranch and a two-story home with three gables are not the same job. What moves the number is the length of roofline being lit, the height and how hard it is to reach, whether trees and walkways are included, and the type of lights you choose.
The estimate is free and there's no obligation. We come out, look at the house, and give you a real number for your display.
