Program description
If you give us your mobile number and your consent, we may text you about your quote, your scheduled install, crew timing, a review request after your install, and seasonal renewal reminders.
Marketing messages, meaning seasonal renewal reminders and offers, are sent only to people who checked the marketing consent box. We do not text anyone who has not given us their number along with their consent.
How you opt in
You opt in by giving us your mobile number and checking one or both SMS consent boxes on our quote form at seasonalservices574.com/quote. The first box covers service messages about your quote and install. The second covers renewal reminders and offers. They are separate, both are optional, and neither is required to request a quote. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. During the season you may receive up to approximately 6 messages per month, and outside the season you may receive none for months at a time.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by your mobile carrier under your own plan. Seasonal Services does not charge you for the messages themselves.
How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive a single confirmation message, and after that you will receive no further messages from the program unless you opt back in. You can opt back in by replying START or by giving us your consent again.
How to get help
Reply HELP to any message, email santa@seasonalservices574.com, or call or text 574-213-2350. Replying HELP returns our contact information and does not change whether you are opted in.
Carriers
Supported carriers include major US carriers such as AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon. Carrier participation and message delivery are not guaranteed on every carrier or device, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your number and your privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
