Seasonal Services provides professional holiday lighting services, including but not limited to:
- Custom lighting design consultations
- Christmas light installation on residential and commercial properties
- Seasonal takedown and removal
- Off-season storage of customer-owned light strands

Estimates and Quotes
Quotes provided online or by phone are preliminary and non-binding until both parties confirm in writing. All quotes are subject to a site inspection and may be adjusted based on property size, accessibility, complexity, materials, and other on-site conditions. A quote becomes a binding agreement only when accepted in writing and scheduled.
Payment
Final payment terms — including deposit amount, balance due, and accepted payment methods — are confirmed in writing at the time of booking. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of installation. Late payments may be subject to reasonable late fees.
Cancellation
You may cancel a scheduled service prior to installation by contacting us at the email below. Cancellations made shortly before a scheduled installation date may forfeit any deposit, to cover materials already ordered and scheduling commitments made on your behalf. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a service due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control; in such cases we will work with you to reschedule.

By providing your phone number through our contact form and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Seasonal Services related to your inquiry. These may include quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, and service notifications.

Limitation of Liability
Seasonal Services is licensed and insured. We perform our work with reasonable care and in accordance with industry practice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service, and any dispute arising out of or related to them or our services, are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The courts located in Michigan have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.
